I began my career crafting visually engaging websites, honing skills in layout, typography, and user engagement. As I encountered questions like “Why do users click here?” and “What drives their decisions?”, I realized that true impact comes from understanding people—not just pixels. This led me to embrace UX research, where I learned to blend qualitative interviews, usability testing,

and data analysis to uncover deep user insights.
Armed with these insights, I transitioned into UX design, applying frameworks like Design Thinking and Agile to iterate quickly on wireframes and prototypes.
